Our mission	The mission of the Kalamazoo Humane Society is to foster an environment of respect, responsibility, and compassion for all animals through education, pet population control and leadership.

How you help	KHS offers a range of services designed to support both pets and their owners. Through our spay/neuter programs, we aim to reduce pet overpopulation, ensuring healthier communities for animals and people alike. Our emergency pet food bank assists families facing financial hardships, providing essential supplies to keep pets nourished and in their homes. Additionally, we offer resources like dog houses and straw for pets living outdoors, ensuring they have adequate shelter during colder months.

About us	The KHS has been active in the Kalamazoo area for over 100 years. We strive to help end the suffering of animals through our low cost spay/neuter program, pet food bank, and support of other animal welfare organizations in the area.
